Authors willing to present at the conference will be required to submit an extended abstract of 2 to a maximum of 4 A4 pages of text including the title, short abstract (250 words), keywords and main text.

In order to speed up the review process, authors must ensure that their submitted papers are according to the template.
Accepted abstracts submitted via the online submission system will be included in the conference proceedings and will be distributed to all registered conference participants (subject to the registration of at least one of the authors for the paper).
After the peer-review process, the authors will have the possibility (no obligatory) to send their full paper to be published. The highest quality papers will be selected and recommended to IWA for publication in one of their journals.
Please note that acceptance of the abstract for conference presentation does not guarantee subsequent acceptance for journal publication, the final decision on journal publication lies with the journals ‘Editor-in-Chief’. Note that -depending on corporate arrangements- this may come at a cost.
